Is your coffee organic?

Some of our coffees are organic, as well as fair trade, and even rainforest alliance -- You can find this information on the individual coffee's product page.

What is the best-by date for whole bean coffee/ground coffee?

For whole bean coffee it is recommended to use it within 4 months for maximum freshness. For ground coffee, we recommend 1 month. When in doubt, check the roast date located on the bottom of the coffee bag!

Where can I buy your coffee in-person?

You can purchase coffee in-person at our cafe, located in Billy Penn Studios at 1516 N. 5th St. in Philadelphia, PA.

Can you pre-grind the coffee for my order?

Yes, you can select how you'd like your coffee ground for each bag before adding it to your cart.

Which grind should I choose?

FINE: Ideal for espresso, this powdery
grind brews rich, intense flavor quickly.

COARSE: Perfect for French press or Cold brew, this chunky grind allows for a smooth, bold cup.

DRIP: Balanced and medium, this grind suits most standard coffee makers.

WHOLE BEAN: Grind fresh at home for full control over flavor, aroma, and brew style.

Coffee tips and recommendations?

Brewing coffee is a personal experience! Experiment with coffee-to-water ratios until you find what tastes best to you! Each roast & grind behaves differently, just as each person prefers different tastes.

Shipping & Returns

 How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on orders of $35 or more! Otherwise, we offer flat-rate shipping of $5 per order.

What is your shipping schedule?

We're in the warehouse shipping orders Monday through Thursday 8-4, minus major holidays. Typically, online orders will ship within 24-48 hours, barring any weekends or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

Because coffee is perishable, we do not offer physical returns. However, if you are unhappy with any of our products, including merchandise and other products, please email us at orders@bean2bean.com and we will do our best to make it right!

Ordering

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card for our online store on our gift card page. Physical gift cards for our cafe can be purchased at our cafe located at 1516 N. 5th St. Philadelphia, PA

Do you offer 2 lb and/or 5 lb. bags of coffee for purchase?

We do not currently offer a 2 lb bag, but we have one in the works! As for 5 lb bags, feel free to email us at orders@bean2bean.com for more information on how to order!

Do you offer wholesale ordering?

How do I contact customer service?

For inquiries you can send a message using our contact page. Or you can email us at orders@bean2bean.com with any questions or concerns, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

How can I add a gift message to my order?

Just shoot us an email at orders@bean2bean.com letting us know your order number and what you'd like us to say, and we can include it in your order!

Do I have to download the app to order?

Yes! Ordering ahead and earning rewards is now app-only. The app helps us make your order faster, smoother, and more rewarding.

Is the app free?

100% free. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, just coffee.

Where can I download the app?

Available on the App Store and Google Play. Just search Bean2Bean or download from the Bean2Bean Café app page.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yep! Both. We don’t play favorites (except with good coffee).

What can I order through the app?

Coffee, food, and café favorites <3 plus app-exclusive deals you won’t find anywhere else.

Can I order ahead for pickup?

Absolutely. Order ahead, skip the line, grab your drink, feel powerful.

Can I customize my drink?

Yes! Milk choices, syrups, espresso shots, and modifiers are all in there.

Can I save my favorite orders?

Yes! Reorder your go-to drink in just a few taps like a pro.

Can I still order in-store?

Yes, but ordering ahead through the app is the fastest way and earns you points.

How do rewards work?

You earn points for every dollar spent in the app. Rack ’em up and redeem for free drinks, food, and treats. $1 = 10 points

Do I earn points on every order?

Yes — every app order earns points automatically.

Are there app-only rewards or discounts?

YesApp users get exclusive offers and surprise deals.

Can I use rewards and promos together?

Sometimes! Eligibility depends on the reward or offer, the app will show what’s stackable!

Do I need to create an account?

Yes — it’s how we save your points, favorite orders, and payment info securely.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payments are processed securely and we don’t store your card details ourselves.
