The history of the bar dates back to 2009. Named after the largest alcohol ring in the country during Prohibition, The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. first opened its doors just around the corner from where it sits now—quickly becoming a local hotspot for insane cocktail creations and late-night escapades. After a brief hiatus, the bar reopened in 2022 in a new location, inside The Franklin Hotel on Rittenhouse Square. Continuing to deliver daring cocktails, The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. is ready to welcome friends old and new, just beyond the red door.
