Green Springs Coffee

Green Springs Coffee is a family-owned company that produces and exports organic specialty and traceable coffee in the high altitudes and semi-forest of Guii, located in the South of Oromia Mountains of Ethiopia. This coffee was selected and processed by Mike Mamo and Ture Waji, also known as "The King of Guji"! While this particular lot comes from Uraga, these two coffee professionals also have another washing station in Shakisso woreda as well. Both washing stations currently only produce natural coffees. Ture & Mike both have strong connections to the land, its community, and farmers, as they grew up in the region. Thanks to the trade and coffee liberalization in Ethiopia, they were able to start Green Springs Coffee, building their first washing station and exporting his first coffee under his own brand in 2018.
