About Ethiopia Limu
This coffee is produced by a collective of coffee farmers near Agaro Town in the Jimma Zone of Ethiopia. It is processed at the “Telila” Washing Station just outside of Agaro, which provides quality control and post-harvest processing to over 50 nearby single coffee farms. After harvesting, the coffee is soaked in soaking bins for 24 hours before being washed and dried on traditional bamboo drying beds in the full sun for around 15 days. If the temperatures become too intense, the drying coffee is covered to protect it.
