27-year-old American singer-songwriter Tayla Parx is an electric voice with much talent held behind the pen. Parx helped write numerous hot tracks such as “Thank U, Next” by Ariana Grande and “Love Lies” by Khalid and Normani. Her songs all discuss millennial type struggles with a melodic and energizing beat.
Her first track “sad,” on her freshly released album “Coping Mechanisms,” is an upbeat yet bitter ode to losing love. In the day and age we live in, romantic relationships can be few and far in between, and she highlights perfectly the bitterness we have all felt for those we once loved.
Her voice blends perfectly with different auditory styles to create the perfect “F-My-Ex" female pop track.
