Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee

Batch 88 may be our smallest batch ever, but may be the most memorable.  

Introducing Batch 88: 
A Coffee Best Served Neat. Brazilian Coffee Beans aged inside Kentucky Bourbon Barrels.

Early last year, we traded in a few coffee barrels for ones that were previously used to age Kentucky bourbon and experimented with a roast that exceeded even our highest expectations. After meticulous time and energy, barrel after barrel of coffee, batch number 88 was born.  

We introduced out limited edition 350 pounds of our single-origin Brazilian coffee beans to their new whiskey-soaked home, and left them to mellow for the next six months, where they adopted a complex aroma of vanilla, brown sugar, spice, and smoke.
