Meet Sheila G

It all began in 1992 when Sheila G.,  passionate chocolate-loving baker, took a treasured family recipe for fudge brownies and baked her way into a thriving business. 

Like many brownie aficionados, Shelia is particularly fond of crispy edges. In fact, she took great joy in walking through the bakery, gathering the brittle batter off the sides of sheet pans as the brownies cooled, inspiring this award-winning treat.
