Our founder, Obel Hernandez, has 30 years of certified coffee-tasting experience, making us a leader in coffee education.  We've created a brand new experience to share this knowledge with you from the comfort of your home.

Much like wine or whiskey, coffee is carefully evaluated and graded by professionals who make sure each batch has the same quality and consistency as the last.  In the coffee world, this process is called “cupping.” 

Back to alcohol for a second; most of us like to know a little about what we're drinking, right?  You read the label, check out the tasting notes, and explore your options to find a variety that satisfies your palate.

Well, the same goes for coffee.  What makes this experience unique is that you are in charge of the quality of your coffee.  You get to craft your perfect cup.
