Power-couple behind Fishtown Pickle Project

You've seen them all over Instagram, maybe caught them at your local Farmer's Market, and now they're popping up in Di Bruno Bros.

 So, who the heck is this "Fishtown Pickle Project"??

Husband and wife duo Chef Mike Sicinski and Dietitian Niki Toscani got their idea for the brilliant FPP shortly after they gifted their wedding guests with handcrafted pickles, and began receiving requests for more of their "brined with love" creations.

Mike, a foodservice director by day and chef by night, and Niki, a corporate retail dietitian for a local supermarket chain, share a passion for food, and all things pickled.  So what do they do?

 Start their own pickle company, of course! 

Now, just 2 years after their inception, FPP is gaining speed.  They are being featured in Performance Meal Prep box subscriptions, recently acquired a commercial space in Frankford Section of the Northeast , and have found themselves in markets and healthy grocery stores in PA, NJ, and DE. 

 

These aren't just any ordinary pickles. These small batch goodies can be found in five different flavor-packed varieties that appeal to every palate and are handcrafted purposefully using all natural ingredients. FPP makes quality brined pickles that are sold and kept refrigerated, which we, and FPP, believe leads to a fresher, crispier pickle that doesn’t require artificial additives.
