James dove into the professional culinary world in 2014 up in Boston. He has worked in Michelin Star restaurants in NYC and Chicago and finally made his way to America’s newest foodie city, Philadelphia.

Coming from the restaurant world this last year presented a unique opportunity for chefs to explore their craft on a more personal level.

Philly loves Italian food, which means Philly loves pasta. There could not be a more perfect individual to lift the spirits of 2021 with authentic high-quality, Italian favorites than James.

 
 

N.P.C is taking a life of it’s own. Growing organically has led James and N.P.C to some amazing collaborations, generous donations and kind publications about the work he is doing.

James says he sees a brick-and-mortar in his future but is in no rush to open just yet. He is embracing the connections he is making with the community, the brands and people who make creating authentic, meaningful experiences possible.
