Olivia is an order of espresso with cream and sugar. Short and sweet but packed with a punch. This energetic soul is the balance at Bean2Bean. Olivia embraces company culture and thrives in the ability to bring you all the newsletters, our most sought after social media campaigns and more.
As part of her Sunday morning routine, Olivia was enjoying an espresso martini at Milkboy, when our VP of Operations ran into her working on her next big project.
An experienced coffee enthusiast herself, Olivia was immediately intrigued by the our brand, the coffee she was drinking, and “who the hell is Bean2Bean?”
Balancing multiple departments at Bean2Bean, Olivia is the core that cultivates our media, customer relationships, and the success that Bean2Bean sees.
Her intense dedication to details and her passion for education fuels our newsletters, social media strategies and brainstorming sessions. She sits as the Director of Media on our Marketing team, and works diligently to create content that connects us directly with you.
Amidst the outbreak of the pandemic, Olivia came with grace and compassion to balance us as our world shifted; COVID was slowly taking away all that we'd built, and Olivia got right to work on shifting our focus to connecting with the community, creating an engaging at-home experiences and telling stories through our website and social media.

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Olivia has injected herself into the city's culture, connecting with the community in every way she can.
As much as we want to take up all of Olivia’s time, she is much more than the Director of Media and a coffee lover. She keeps herself busy supporting her vast network of local entrepreneurs, helping grow their personal brands through social media marketing and networking.
The 9-5 office life isn't for Olivia--she stays on the move for a change of scenery and is always working on on a project, but still calls Philadelphia home base.
When she’s not buzzing around Bean2Bean, she manages large scale corporate training events for NJ's largest hospital system, teaching customer service and establishing a strong company culture, and setting the tone for the nearly 8000 employees she hires each year.
